How it’s worked out

With the flop or turn out, every remaining runout is dealt and counted exactly. Before the flop there are too many to count quickly, so thousands of random runouts are dealt instead, which is accurate to about a percentage point.

A tie counts as a share of the pot, so the percentages always add up to 100.
