The formulas

Pot odds: the pot after the bet against the amount you have to call. Facing 50 into 100, you call 50 to win 150: 3 to 1.
Equity needed: call ÷ (pot after the bet + call). Here 50 ÷ 200 = 25%.
Minimum defence frequency: pot before the bet ÷ (pot before the bet + bet). Here 100 ÷ 150 = 67%.
